A call is missed
The operator is on a job. The customer tries the next business.
Market research in progress
Revenue Recovery Systems identifies where genuine service-business enquiries stall between first contact and a clear outcome. It then develops practical ways to reduce those gaps.
No finished solution is being claimed. The evidence comes first.
Revenue can disappear inside the hand-offs. It is not only caused by a lack of leads.
The problem we are investigating
Service businesses have to deliver the work while handling calls, messages, quotes and follow-up. When the workflow breaks down, a customer who was ready to talk can quietly become lost revenue.
The operator is on a job. The customer tries the next business.
A genuine enquiry sits while the day gets busy.
Details are captured somewhere, but no next step is owned.
The work may still be available, but nobody follows up.
The lead disappears without a win, loss or reason being recorded.
Current research · Validation market 01
RRS is currently gathering evidence directly from independent pest-control operators. The aim is to understand whether commercially meaningful revenue is being lost, and exactly where, before deciding what should be built.
This is genuine market research. The hypotheses have not yet been proven.
What we need to learn
Why research before building
Understand the real working day, the current process and where it becomes difficult.
Look for frequency, financial significance and a problem worth solving.
Only then develop something practical around a genuine operational need.
Where RRS could go
RRS is being designed around workflow problems that may also exist in other owner-operated service and trade businesses. That is a direction to explore, not a claim of validation or a list of current customers.
A one-minute research question
A practical answer is more useful than a polished one. Your experience helps RRS understand where to investigate next.
